Intekron JXP is a web-based software application that combines all aspects of workforce management into a single integrated solution.

Shift Scheduling
An online scheduling tool that lets you set up shift-based work schedules in a calendar view, manage schedules so that they adapt to day-to-day changes, and then share those schedules with your employees.
Timesheets
Employees enter weekly timesheets by project and task. Multiple concurrent stopwatches provide accurate time tracking. Time-off based on employee-assigned benefits can be requested and tracked through employee timesheets.
Human Resources
Human Resources information system tracking employee details such as employment history, contacts, time-off benefits, education, training, and evaluations. Includes email reminders for expired training and upcoming evaluations.
Expense Reports
Employees can create expense reports for project related expenses including mileage and user-defined expense types. Completed expense reports can be submitted for approval through JXP Approval Lists
