Customer Support Policy

Intekron and/or a third-party service provider will provide general technical support to customers. Each customer is limited to one customer support contact email thread per day. Response will be on a first come first served basis. Intekron has no obligation to provide service or support until Intekron has received full payment for the product or service/support contract for which service or support is requested. Intekron and/or the third-party service provider may, at their sole discretion and without notice, revise their general and optional service and support programs and the terms and conditions that govern them. Such changes will be posted only on the Intekron website. Customers will not be individually contacted. It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor this website for these and other updates.
